Bowls Canada Boulingrin is hiring!

Bowls Canada Boulingrin seeks Regional Coaches!

Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is seeking 2-3 highly motivated and organized Coaches with experience in coaching within the Learn to Compete and Train to Compete stages of the Bowls Canada bowler development pathway.  These individuals will join other coaches from across the country to form the inaugural Bowls Canada Regional Coaching Network.

 

Regional Coaches will be accountable to the Executive Director (ED).  Each Regional Coach is responsible for assisting Bowls Canada’s National Coaches and High Performance Committee in the identification, and development of athletes in the Learn to Compete and Train to Compete stages of development. The successful candidates will recognize the important role that quality programs such as NCCP, long-term athlete development, and various other Bowls Canada programs play in developing bowlers, and the High Performance Program in general.

 

The ideal candidate is enthused and motivated by the opportunity to develop athletes in a virtual team setting.

Join the Board

Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is the national sport body that oversees lawn bowling in Canada. The BCB Board of Directors has the responsibility for setting directions, establishing policy and overseeing the activities of the organization.  Under the BCB Bylaws, the Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 directors.  To learn more about what is involved in being a BCB Director, please click here.
