Bowls Canada Boulingrin is pleased to announce that the selection criteria and process for the BCB board of directors is available on the Bowls Canada website.
Individuals who aspire to join the Bowls Canada leadership team must commit to the nomination requirements outlined in the Nomination Package. The application process is open to all Canadian bowlers who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Board of Directors Frequently Asked Questions Document.
Individuals wishing to be considered for the BCB Board of Directors must complete the Director Candidate Application Form and submit the requested materials by August 21, 2020.
Once the BCB Directors are selected, they will serve for a term of one or two years or until a successor is installed. The Directors will be elected in accordance with the BCB Bylaws by the official Representatives of the Members (the Provincial Bowls Associations) at the Annual General Meeting. Nominations for positions as Directors will be solicited by the Nomination Committees beginning 90 days before the Annual General Meeting each year.
